Dr. Paloma Almeda Valdés is a distinguished Endocrinologist and Senior Researcher at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán (INCMNSZ), Mexico City, where she has practised since 2009. Dr. José Luis Torres Grajales is a specialist in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology based in Medellín, Colombia. Dr. Leticia Fuganti Campos is a Brazilian clinical nutritionist and diabetes educator with extensive expertise in diabetes, metabolic health, and clinical nutrition. She holds a PhD in Surgical Clinic from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo (USP).
